CAE : and Wizz Air build on their training relationship

CAE and Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe and one of the fastest growing airlines in Europe, announced today the expansion of their training relationship through the provision of two new Airbus A320 FFS and the signature of an exclusive 10-year training centre operations services agreement to support the airline's growth in Europe.
The two CAE 7000XR Series full-flight simulators (FFS) equipped with the innovative CAE Tropos™ 6000XR visual system will be delivered at Wizz Air's new Training Center, which will open in Budapest, Hungary in the second half of 2018. CAE will also operate and maintain the airline's training equipment at the new facility. The sale of the two FFSs was included as part of the undisclosed customers mentioned in CAE's quarterly results announcement dated February 9, 2018.

CAE and Wizz Air share a relationship that spans a decade, with the provisioning of pilot training. This is the first time the airline orders training equipment and training services from CAE.
