Cairo Amman Bank PSC : brings joy to cancer children for the 11th consecutive year

For the 11 consecutive year, Cairo Amman Bank sponsored the 14 Annual Summer Camp for Children who receive treatmentat The King Hussein Cancer Center.

The activities of the camp were opened by the Director General of The King Hussein Cancer Foundation Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish in the presence of Mr. Nizar Mohammad who is Deputy General Manager for Banking Products and Services at Cairo Amman Bank as being the Sponsor of the Summer Camp for the 11 year.

The ceremony consisted of an entertaining act performed by Artist Hani Dabit who brought enjoyment to children with his distinctive songs.

Mrs. Qatamish thanked Cairo Amman Bank for its continuous support and sponsorship of this annual event.

She stated: The Summer Camp is one of the most important programs of The King Hussein Cancer Center which is being organized within the comprehensive care methodology of its patients.

She added: 'This Camp gives children the chance to be away from treatment atmospheres and generates a sense of reassurance and joy to them when visiting The King Hussein Cancer Center'.

The Camp is organized over a month, during which one hundred patients participate in its activities on daily basis and it includes a variety of activities such as magical games, theatrical performances, songs act, games and face painting, external trips, clowns performances and other entertaining and useful recreational activities at the same time.

Cairo Amman Bank is dedicated to serving the society thus contributing to improving the quality of life of the Jordanian Citizen by the adoption of quality initiatives; particularly those related to child and his stages of growth.

On annual basis, the Bank is keen to provide support to many activities which develop children's creative talents, intellectual or sports, in the Kingdom and governorates schools.

Cairo Amman Bank organizes Painting competition for Children annually under the supervision of its Gallery's Management at its Main Administrative Building in Wadi Saqra in the Capital Amman.
