Gladstone's offers an extensive menu specializing in fresh fish and shellfish. It purchases fresh seafood products, including live Maine lobster, premium Alaskan red king crab, western Australian lobster tails and Mexican shrimp, as well as the freshest fish available. Typical fish on the menu include salmon, swordfish, catfish, ahi tuna, petrale sole, pacific red snapper, halibut and mahi-mahi.
