Cambian : Campbell's journey at Cambian head office!

In September, the Cambian Group head office team were very fortunate to have a visit from an ex-pupil, formerly based at Southlands School.

Campbell, embarked upon his work experience journey with us and got his first taste of office life by joining the accounts payable team where he learned how to process invoices and liaise with suppliers. After a lot of number crunching, it was time to get the creative juices flowing and he completed a stint with the marketing team.

Here he learned how to navigate and update content on the website and assisted the marketing team with a project very close to his heart - discussing his time at Southlands School and helping us to create a brochure for new joiners.

During his time here, we interviewed Campbell asking him to draw upon some of the highlights of his experience and he said, 'I have enjoyed meeting new people and learning about different teams. The biggest challenge at Cambian Group so far has been having to do tasks that I have never done before such as using different programs and working on the computer. But I have learned a lot and hope to find a job in the future in either marketing or advertising.'

We were really impressed with Campbell and his eagerness to learn! He took to tasks so quickly and was a joy to have around the office!
