The Board of Directors of Cambridge Industrial Trust Management Limited ("CITM"), the Manager of Cambridge Industrial Trust, would like to announce that Mr Philip John Pearce, currently an independent non-executive director of CITM, has been appointed as a member of the Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committee (the "ARCC") with effect from

11 May 2017. More information about Mr Philip John Pearce can be found in the Company's announcement of 5 April 2017 relating to Mr Pearce's appointment to the Board of Directors.
