Canadian Resources Income Trust Stock

Canadian Resources Income Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based closed-end investment trust. The Trust's investment objectives are to provide holders of Units with stable monthly distributions, and the opportunity for capital appreciation. The Trust provides Unitholders with investment exposure to a portfolio consisting of 20 natural resource issuers (the Portfolio Securities) included in the Standard & Poor's/Toronto Stock Exchange(S&P/TSX) 60 Index. The Trust's portfolio concentration by industry includes basic materials, consumer, energy, industrials, power, and utilities and infrastructure. Scotia Managed Companies Administration Inc., which manages the administration of the Trust, is the manager of the Trust. Highstreet Asset Management Inc., which provides investment advisory and portfolio management services, is the portfolio manager of the Trust.
