Capita's real estate and infrastructure business has secured a further position on the Government's Crown Commercial Service (CCS) procurement framework to deliver project management and full design team services.

Accessing the procurement framework further strengthens the real estate and infrastructure business that has seen Capita deliver innovative solutions in the built environment for clients across the private, commercial and public sectors.

The CCS framework is designed to provide a direct route to market for between £1.6 and £2.8bn of commercial and procurement activity. It will also connect Government and wider public sector commissioners to service providers, such as Capita, who are able to meet stringent codes of practice - including the technical requirements of Cyber Essential Plus - and can deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Capita will promote the delivery of multi-disciplinary services, project management and architectural services to clients through the framework over the next two years, with a possible extension of a further 12 or 24 months beyond the initial contract period.

Through this framework, we will help to deliver value for money by driving savings to the taxpayer and delivering outstanding commercial capability alongside quality customer service. Capita's passion for delivery will be complimented by the thousands of SMEs it helps to achieve Government benchmark standards via Constructionline. We are committed to assisting those aspiring to grow their small and regional companies by supporting the Government's aim that £1 in every £3 of contract value is delivered in partnership with SMEs.
