DGAP-News: Capital Stage AG / Key word(s): Miscellaneous/Miscellaneous Capital Stage Group takes over Treucon Asset Management GmbH to manage an additional wind park portfolio of 120 MW in Germany Neubiberg/Munich, 9 November 2017 - CHORUS Clean Energy AG ("CHORUS"), a member of the Capital Stage Group serving institutional investors, has taken over Treucon Asset Management GmbH. The Berlin-based company specialises in the management of funds investing in renewable energy systems. As a result of the transaction, CHORUS will be in charge of the asset management for eleven wind parks with a total output of approx. 120 megawatts (MW). The parties have agreed not to disclose any details of the purchase price. "By taking over another 120 MW, we continue to expand our asset management operations as planned. The latest acquisition will increase the portfolio managed by the Capital Stage Group for investors to over 400 megawatts," said Holger Götze, COO of Capital Stage AG.
