DISSOLUTION OF DORMANT WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY

FIRSTOFFICE PTE. LTD.

CapitaLand Commercial Trust Management Limited, as manager of CapitaLand Commercial Trust ("CCT"), wishes to announce that FirstOffice Pte. Ltd. ("FOPL"), a dormant wholly owned Singapore incorporated subsidiary of HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, as trustee of CCT, which was placed under members' voluntary liquidation, has been dissolved.

The dissolution of FOPL is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per unit of the CCT Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.
