Carillion Scoops British Institute of Facilities Management Award
Leading support services provider Carillion has secured the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) Award for Large Service Provider of the Year in recognition of the outstanding service delivery and excellence provided on its long standing contract with British Gas / Centrica.

Carillion has been providing facilities management services including catering, cleaning, security, front-of-house, reception, building fabric maintenance and mechanical and electrical engineering to Centrica/British Gas since 2005.

BIFM selected Carillion for this award for demonstrating its ability to excel in a number of areas including employee training, customer service and achievement of its green targets.

The award was presented at the official BIFM 2014 Awards ceremony which took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Monday 13th October.

Carillion also received a High Commendation in the Excellence in Product Development category for its Asset Integrity Framework, which is an industry-leading process and support system used to effectively manage building condition and performance.
