Terrazas de Mayo, new Shopping Centre of Property Division, Carrefour Argentina retail real estate entity, will be officially open on December 5th, after an investment higher than €20 million.
The brand-new Shopping Centre is located at the corner of the 202 and 8 roads in Malvinas Argentinas. With more than 129,000 sq.m, it delivers a complete offer of 130 famous stores and will allow employing more than 1,000 people.

The commercial complex also includes a Carrefour hypermarket of 10,900 sq.m (sales area), a Sodimac Home Center (decoration and household equipment) of 10,400 sq.m, Cinemark 10 cinema rooms, a Neverland amusement park of 720 sq.m and 24 bowling alleys for family fun.
Terrazas de Mayo's gastronomic offer contains 14 stores located in a 3,500 sq.m area. It includes terraces to enjoy the outdoors and a bright food court with modern design.

Regarding project development, Property Division worked with international experts such as Broadway Malyan and GDM on architecture and design, Dycasa on construction, Shakespear on positioning and signage, and InterUrban as a leasing support.
