Carrefour : A second City store at Orly airport

Following the opening of a store at Orly Sud in 2015, Carrefour is now establishing a presence at Orly Ouest: travellers using France's second largest airport now have a new place to food shop.

A modernised and redesigned City store right in the heart of Orly Ouest airport
Based in the Arrivals lounge of Paris-Orly's West terminal, this new City retail outlet has 217 m² of sales area and stocks a broad selection of nearly 3700 items - products specially chosen for travellers and visitors, as well as people working at the airport and its partners.

The store has long opening hours (seven days a week) and sells goods at prices equivalent to those of town-centre City stores. Customers will find a complete product selection, including:
- Reflets de France regional products
- gondola ends featuring names such as idées fraîches (fresh ideas) and idées à croquer (ideas to crunch),
- fresh fruit juices squeezed on-site,
- two areas dedicated to organic and dietary products
- a wide selection of white and rosé wines, as well as champagne, in a refrigerated cabinet,
- and - as always - the dinner aperitif gondola head at the end of the customer path.

Run by the same manager as the Orly Sud City store, this new Carrefour will contribute to the airport's business dynamic and will also help local employment: 14 employees will be recruited from neighbouring towns.
