cash.life AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the secondary market for life insurance policies in Germany. The Company's activities are based around the sale and purchase of life insurance investments and their management. The Company offers an alternative to encashment when policyholders wish to terminate their insurance. The Company purchases the policies on its own account into its trading portfolio, optimizes the policies and resells the packages to investors, such as closed-end funds. After selling the policies, the Company manages them on behalf of the fund until their expiry. The Company also allows policyholders to use their insurance as security for loans, which the Company grants.
