(TSX VENTURE:CBJ) ("CB Gold" or the "Company") has granted stock options exercisable to purchase in aggregate to 550,000 common shares in the capital of the Company. 500,000 options were granted to a new Director of the Company (see news release dated March 24, 2014) and 50,000 to a key consultant. The stock options have been issued under the Company's Stock Option Plan with an exercise price of $0.13 and are exercisable for a period of five years, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
