CBIO LIMITED ("Company") - RELEASE OF ESCROW SECURITIES
CBio Limited (ASX:CBZ) advises that shares and options
classified as restricted securities and held in escrow for a
period of 24 months from commencement of official quotation
of the Company on 15 February 2010, will be released from
escrow on 15 February 2012.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the Company advises
that 3,359,744 ordinary fully paid shares and
15,087,494 share options exercisable at $1.00 each on or
before 31 December 2012, will be released from escrow. In
total the shares represent 1.4% of the Company's issued
capital.
