C&C GROUP PLC Statement re Company Secretary
Dublin, London | 3 July 2014: C&C Group plc ("C&C" or the "Group"), a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider, beer, wine and soft drinks announces that Paul Walker, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of C&C, has indicated his desire to retire and accordingly will step down from his role on 1 August 2014.
Brian Stewart, Chairman of C&C, commented: "The Board would like to thank Paul for his contribution to the evolution of the Group during a time in which it was transformed both geographically and organisationally. We wish him well in his forthcoming retirement."
