CCR : Notice to Shareholders - Interim Dividends OSM 2017

We hereby notify the Shareholders of CCR S.A. ("CCR") that:

As foreseen by paragraph 2 of article 23 of the Company's Bylaws, we will initiate, starting October 31, 2017, the payment of interim dividends corresponding to R$ 0.438613861386 per common share, as per the resolutions taken at the Board of Directors' Meeting held on October 16, 2017, ad referendum to the next Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

Pursuant to paragraph 4 of article 23 of the Company's Bylaws, such dividends will be allocated to the mandatory minimum dividend requirement for the 2017 fiscal, ad referendum to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting which approves the accounts for the 2017 fiscal year.

These interim dividends will be paid considering the shareholder base on October 19, 2017 and the Company's shares will be traded "ex-dividends" starting October 20, 2017.

Shareholders will receive their credits on the initial payment date of this right, in the bank account that was provided to Itaú Unibanco S.A.

Shareholders with outdated personal records, such as those who did not provide their taxpayer's number (CPF/CNPJ) or their bank account details if full, will have their dividends credited as of the 3rd business day after the request date, provided that the interested party updates their personal records, in person, at one of the branches of Itaú Unibanco S.A., as per the guidelines set forth in the respective Notice to Shareholders to be published after the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

Shareholders who are utilize the fiduciary share custody service will have their dividends credited according to procedures adopted by B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.

The branches of Itaú Unibanco S.A. which are authorized to provide services to shareholders, during normal banking hours, are as follows:
