NOTICE TO THE MARKETCCR S.A. ("CCR" or "Company") (BM&FBovespa: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), pursuant to Article 6.6.1 of the Rules of the Novo Mercado of BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros ("BMF&BOVESPA"), hereby announces to its shareholders and to the public in general that, on this date, it has updated the Annual Calendar of Corporate Events of 2017, to postpone the date of submission of the management's proposal and the call notice through the IPE, changing it to March 9, 2017, so that the disclosure of the said documents by the Company fosters the communication of more detailed information to its investors, with the date of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting remaining unchanged, which will take place on April 11, 2017, as follows:
