CDON Group Names Nicolas Adlercreutz Chief Financial Officer

STOCKHOLM--Swedish e-commerce company CDON Group AB (>> CDON Group AB) said Tuesday it has appointed Nicolas Adlercreutz as new Chief Financial Officer.

 
   MAIN FACTS: 

-He will be part of the group's management team.

-Adlercreutz comes from PA Resources AB (PAR.SK), where he is currently the group's CFO. He also has a background as Vice President Group Control from SCA AB (SCA-B.SK).

-At 0712 GMT shares traded 0.3% higher at SEK39.10.
