Simplifying care coordination for patients in the Gard department
Boulogne-Billancourt, November 27, 2017Cegedim Logiciels Médicaux (CLM), medical software publisher and service provider to healthcare professionals, has been chosen by the Nimes Mutual Health Center to manage medical records and patient administration. The center's medical staff, including dental specialists, will use CLM's Crossway solution, which is certified for multidisciplinary health centers.
With nine medical practices, four dental offices and an administration team, the Nimes Health Center offers a variety of care to local residents in several specialty areas: cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, gynecology, and ENT.
The Health Center wanted a solution suited to the specific needs of each of the Center's healthcare professionals, with respect to their specialty area and preferences - one that would make it easier for peers to communicate and save time on administrative tasks.
CLM's p rod ucts win over a nother m utua l p rovid erCegedim Logiciels Médicaux's Crossway solution, with a dental module supplied by partner IDEM Santé, was chosen after a review of current market offerings and will be rolled out in the first quarter of 2018.
The Nimes facility is part of a nationwide network of mutual centers, France's Réseau National des Centres de Santé Mutualistes (RNCSM). Network members - notably the center in Ollioules, Var - are already using CLM products, and this contract is yet another vote of confidence.
Web-based solution enhances the product rangeThere are an estimated 1,454 health centers in France (source: USMCS) run by local authorities, associations, and mutuals. CLM offers these centers - regardless of their status or size - solutions tailored to meet their needs.
