Cegedim Logiciels Médicaux wins a public tender for Filieris

CLM web-based software to be deployed at 72 health centers

Boulogne-Billancourt, January 31, 2018

Cegedim Logiciels Médicaux (CLM),medical software and services provider to healthcare professionals, has won a contract to supply 72 Filieris health centers in France operated by the independent national social security scheme for the mining sector, CANSSM. CLM's full webMLM solution and its patient relationship platform,Docavenue, will be rolled out in the centers this year to enhance daily operations management while ensuring compliance with changing regulations.

This is a major contract and it confirms the success of CLM's solutions for health center management. It calls for CLM to "supply management software" and provide "services including installation, data transfer, training, troubleshooting, assistance and maintenance" for the 72 Filieris health centers. The centers are located in the east, north and south of France and employ a total of 216 doctors, 214 nurses and 150 administrative staff.

Filieris has decided to equip its professionals with the full webMLM solution fromCegedim Logiciels Médicaux (CLM).MLM offers secure hosting1 and has earned Version 2 of the e-Santé "Health Clinics and Health Centers" certification. The package chosen by Filieris also includes theDocavenue plateform, which makes it easier for patients to communicate with healthcare professionals via an intuitive appointment scheduling solution that also sends text reminders.

On-site and mobile capabilities for local patient care

The systems will be implemented over the course of 2018. The buyer was looking for software that is powerful, simple to understand, and user-friendly; provides quick access to aggregate medical data; and carries out commands entered in everyday language. Given Filieris' patient population, the system's functionalities should also facilitate home visits.

France has 1,454 health centers, "local health facilities providing primary care and, in some cases, specialty care"2 (source: USMCS). They can be run by local authorities, associations, or mutual companies. CLM offers solutions to meet the operational, regulatory, and security needs of all of these facilities, regardless of status or size.

"We are happy to put our teams of experts and our powerful solutions to work for the health centers of Filieris, and to help them carry out their public health mission of facilitating access to quality care for a large number of patients," said Dany Huppenoire, CEO of Cegedim Logiciels Médicaux.

To date, more than 420 health clinics and health centers have adopted a CLM solution.
