Cegedim : Restalliance picks Cegedim SRH to revamp its HRIS

The TEAMSRH solution will give Restalliance, the French leader in catering and accommodation services for the health sector, a more powerful tool to manage payroll and HR

for its 2,400 employees

Restalliance is in the midst of a major decentralization effort and also wants to digitalize its HR processes, which has led it to seek out a comprehensive, scalable and more user-friendly HR solution. In addition, the company had grown to the point where its previous system was failing to keep up and was increasingly unreliable, and thus could no longer meet its needs with respect to up-to-date legal compliance, local autonomy and multi-contract management.

A critical decision for an ambitious project

After seeing what various software publishers had to offer, Restalliance chose the Processing version of Cegedim SRH's TEAMSRH solution.

The goal of the TEAMSRHproject is to simplify, automate and enhance the security of decentralized payroll and HR administrative management processes. By modernizing these processes, Restalliance group will be able to make each of its sites more autonomous and enhance its HR and Payroll teams' management capacity by allowing planning on site. Step-by-step transformation

The revamp accompanying the adoption of the TEAMSRH tool, which began in January 2017, aims to have payroll processes up and running by the end of 2017, and will roll out a TAM (Time and Activities Management) tool and a collaborative portal during the course of the year, followed by Training and HR planning tools in 2018. The Cegedim SRH solution offers Restalliance an array of modules that can be put into play as the company's outlook evolves and its needs change.
