Cegedim : SRH boosts its presence in the Lille metropolitan area

A new local branch will work closely with clients on business development

Cegedim SRH, an innovative provider of Cloud HR and outsourced HR services, announces the opening of its new regional branch in Lille. The new branch will support the company's growth and work closely with its clients.

Cegedim SRH has seen rapid growth in its client base in the area surrounding the city of Lille in recent years. In addition to its long-time clients such as Damart and La Voix du Nord, it has signed contracts with La Cristallerie d'Arc, EDHEC Business School, RougeGorge and, more recently, the ADEO Group. This strong commercial momentum is being driven by the TEAMSRHplatform and related services, and as a result, Cegedim SRH now manages around 45,000 monthly payslips in the region.

"The area in and around Lille is a major population center in France, with 1.1 million inhabitants and 60,000 companies1. It is also fertile ground for recruiting talent with quality training. Aurélien Scappe, Director of Cegedim SRH's Lille branch, has over a decade of experience in HR software solutions, having served as a project manager and as a sales and marketing director. He previously worked as Solution Architect Director at CareerBuilder, where he led a sales team covering six European countries. He also collaborated on the configuration and commercial roll-out of Profilsoft software, notably focusing on large corporate clients in the Hauts-de-France region of northern France.

To staff the new branch in Lille (Immeuble Le Buisson 679 avenue de la République), Cegedim SRH is planning to recruit around ten new hires in 2017, including consultants, project managers and account managers. Five of those new recruits are already on board.

Opening regional "front offices" is part of Cegedim SRH's strategy of emphasizing not only excellent products and services, but also close, high-quality working relationships with its clients, from the start of the tender process through the completion of the roll-out. This location will help spur Cegedim SRH's business development, like its locations in Lyon (100 employees) and Nantes, which was opened in 2014 and already has a headcount of around 40 employees.
