After debuting in the highest Green Star category in the 2014 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), Cegereal has gone further in 2015 to become Europe's third-highest-ranking listed office property company, according to the survey.

In 2015, Cegereal worked closely with clients and partners as part of its collaborative 'Upgreen your business' project, improving its overall performance by 28%. In late 2014, Cegereal became the first French property company to go fully green.

GRESB is an international organization dedicated to assessing the sustainability performances of real estate portfolios around the world and benchmarking listed and non-listed companies according to corporate social responsibility (CSR) criteria.

In 2015, its report looked at 707 companies and real estate funds, covering 61,000 buildings with a total value of €2,300 billion.
