EXTRACT OF THE GENERAL REGULATION OF THE AMF
Article 222-7
"The issuers mentioned in Article L. 451-1-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code must file with the AMF, within 20 trading days after the publication of the annual financial report mentioned in a of the 1st paragraph of Article 221-1, a document containing or mentioning all the information they have published or made public over the previous 12 months in one or more of the countries belonging to the European Economic Area or in one or more other countries for the purpose of satisfying their legal or regulatory obligations concerning financial instruments, issuers of financial instruments and markets for financial instruments.
The document mentioned in the first paragraph is made available to the public at the head office of the issuer. This document is also posted to the web site of the issuer if the issuer has one. It may be included in the reference document mentioned in Article 212-13 or in the annual financial report mentioned in a of the 1st paragraph of Article 221-1. When the document refers to specific information, the issuer shall indicate where such information can be obtained."
