Yourcegid Retail Intelligence Y2 transforms all customer and sales data into indicators and interactive dashboards, enabling operators to manage their retail, CRM and omnichannel activity in detail. Yourcegid Retail Intelligence Y2 also integrates simple and intuitive decision-making tools specifically created for specialized retailers, whether they have 20 or several hundred stores.

These two modules of the new Yourcegid Retail Y2 solution (Mobile Clienteling and Intelligence) received gold and bronze special mentions from the Equipmag 2014 committee of experts.

News from the Cegid Innovation Store

Amid the significant changes to purchasing methods and consumer behavior, the bricks-and-mortar store is reinventing itself to respond to new connected retail practices and transform the in-store customer experience. Cegid will demonstrate the digitization of the point of sale and the customer experience with a life-size store on display at the conference: the Cegid Innovation Store (CIS).

Conference participants will learn about the latest point-of-sale solutions and technologies: click & collect, mobility, clienteling, sensorial marketing & and social rewards, social network analysis, RFID, connected devices, etc.
