CEMENTOS ARGOS S.A. Cementos Argos would like to inform the public that, given the fact that it has paid the ordinary bonds corresponding to the First Issuance under the Company's Ordinary Bonds and Commercial Papers Issuance and Placement Program in full, it started a procedure before the Financial Superintendence of Colombia to cancel said Issuance. The Financial Superintendence of Colombia has therefore deleted the entry of said ordinary bonds in the National Registry of Securities and Issuers (Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores or RNVE) through Resolution No. 0513 of April 3, 2017.
As it concerns an Issuance and Placement Program (Programa de Emisión y Colocación or PEC), the registration in the RNVE of the securities issued before the First Issuance - i.e. other than bonds issued under this issuance - remains in effect.
