CEMENTOS ARGOS S.A. The Board of Directors of Cementos Argos on its meeting today approved the creation, together with Construcciones el Cóndor S.A. and Odinsa S.A, a society that will be denominated AGREGADOS ARGOS S.A.S (incorporated). The company´s purpose will be to produce, exploit and commercialize aggregates. The society will be based in Medellin, Colombia.
The initial share of the three (3) companies in the new society will be de following:
Cementos Argos S.A | 52% |
Odinsa S.A | 24% |
Construcciones el Cóndor S.A | 24% |
The creation of the company will be subject to the fulfillment of the regulations.
