Cementos Argos S.A. informs that, in accordance with the provisions of article 1.3.1.9 of the Reglamento General of the Colombian Stock Exchange (Bolsa de Valores de Colombia - BVC), today is effective the cancellation of the BVC's registration of the Ordinary Bonds and Commercial Papers issued in 2005 ("Securities"), which were totally paid on November 23, 2017.
In addition, the company started a procedure before the Colombian Superintendence of Finance in order to cancel the registration of the mentioned Securities in the National Registry of Securities and Issuers - (Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores - RNVE).
