CEMENTOS ARGOS S.A. The General Shareholders' Meeting of CEMENTOS ARGOS S.A. held today, approved the reappointment of the firm Deloitte & Touche as Statutory Auditor for the period April 2017 to March 2020.
Additionally, the fees for the Statutory Auditor for year 2017 were also approved. The fees to be paid will be nine hundred eight million, eight hundred fifty eight thousand pesos (COP 908,858,000), as well as annual increases of the CPI until the accomplishment of year 2020.
