CEMEX recently won the top recognition by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) for human resource excellence at its APO Cement Plant in the Philippines. PMAP's prestigious Employer of the Year Award annually recognizes outstanding achievers whose leadership, dynamism, and professionalism measure up to the high standards of PMAP.
