Grant of Options under SAYE Scheme and Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Cenkos Securities plc announces that as part of the Company's HMRC approved Save As You Earn ('SAYE') scheme the following options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') have today been granted.
Under the Company's 2018 SAYE scheme (the '2018 SAYE Scheme'), which was made available to all Cenkos employees, a total of 56 employees of the Company, including three directors of the Company and one of the Company's 'persons discharging managerial responsibility' (a 'PDMR'), have applied to participate in the 2018 SAYE Scheme resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 777,218 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the '2018 SAYE Options') today.
The SAYE Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme, of 85.33 pence per SAYE Option (representing a 20% discount to the average closing mid-market price per Ordinary Share on 19, 20 and 23 April 2018, being the three days prior to the invitation to participate in the SAYE Scheme being made). Subject to the rules of the 2018 SAYE Scheme participants will be able to exercise their 2018 SAYE Options within six-month commencing from 1 June 2021.
Pursuant to the 2018 SAYE Scheme, the following Directors and PDMRs of the Company applied to participate in the 2018 SAYE Scheme and have been granted 2018 SAYE Options in the amounts shown below.
