LOUIS, Sept. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) announced today that its Georgia subsidiary, Peach State Health Plan, was one of the Care Management Organizations selected to serve Medicaid recipients in Georgia. The new contract is expected to start on July 1, 2016, pending regulatory approvals.

Under the new contract, Peach State Health Plan will be one of four plans serving over 1.3 million members enrolled in the Georgia Families, PeachCare for Kids and Planning for Healthy Babies programs.
