Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A ("Companhia" or "Eletrobras") hereby informs its shareholder and the market in general that entered in the Federal Court of Brasília with an injunction against the Federal Revenue due to the publication on May 30 of Law No. 13,670/2018 which changes tax legislation. This measure aims to guarantee the right to compensate monthly income tax (IRPJ) and social contribution (CSSL) estimates of taxable income with previously existing tax credits.
