The Company hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that was issued on the date hereof, the Provisional Measure 735, which provides that from January 1, 2017, the activities related to the management and administration of sector funds Global Reserve Reversal - RGR and Economic Development Account - CDE will be transferred to the Electricity Trading Chamber - CCEE.
With the transfer of these activities to the CCEE, Eletrobras will continue to dedicate, more exclusivity, to its core-business of generation, transmission, distribution and electric energy trade, according to its strategic vision to act in an integrated, profitable and sustainable way in the energy markets.
Eletrobras remains responsible for the sectoral programs of the Federal Government Light for All, Incentive Program for Alternative Sources of Electric Energy - Proinfa and National Program for Energy Conservation - Procel.
