Annual General Meeting of Central Bank of India held on 30-06-2016 at Mumbai.

Shareholders of Central Bank of India at the Annual General Meeting have approved & adopted Audited Annual Accounts for FY 2015 -16 and approved raising of capital upto the value of Rs. 3000/- crore (Rupees Three Thousand Crore Only) (including premium) by FPO/Rights/QIP etc.
