FRESNO, CALIFORNIA…June 29, 2016…James M. Ford, President and Chief Executive Officer of Central Valley Community Bank (Bank), announced the promotions of Constantine Makayed to Senior Vice President, Senior Risk Manager; Donielle Kramer to Vice President, Human Resources Operations Manager; Rod Geist to Vice President, Investment Services Program Manager; and Hiren Patel to Vice President, Accounting Manager.

Makayed joined Central Valley Community Bank in 2012. He is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of strategies, policies, processes, personnel, reports and systems to identify and manage risk exposures arising from all banking and financial services activities.

Kramer joined the Bank in May 2009. She is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources administration to include benefits and payroll, overseeing Human Resources systems to improve processes and increase efficiency, and providing consulting support on job description development, employee relations and development, performance issues and terminations.

Geist has been with the Bank since 2003. He is responsible for the oversight and management of the Bank's investment representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and goals that promote development of new relationships, and training Bank personnel on investment products in support of customer needs.

Patel has been with the Bank since 2009. He is responsible for providing support to the controller and chief financial officer in the performance of regulatory and management reporting, financial analysis, compliance and general accounting functions.
