Deed of sale signed for the industrial building in Carmagnola (Turin).
Centrale del Latte d'Italia gives notice that, since the strategic and operating conditions that led to the acquisition of the equity investment Odilla Chocolat Srl are no longer in place, a deed was signed today for the sale of the equity investment, equal to 50% of the share capital of Odilla Chocolat Srl.
The company also gives notice that on 13 July, the deed of sale was signed for the industrial building situated in Carmagnola (Turin), which had been inactive for some time following the transfer of the production carried out to the Centrale del Latte di Vicenza facility.
