- natural gas and electricity sales to individuals (44.5%; British Gas; British No. 1.). The group also provides installation services for urban central heating (British No. 1), air conditioning, and security systems;
- gas and electricity sales to businesses (18%);
- natural gas and electricity resale (12.7%);
- natural gas storage (0.7%).
The remaining sales (24.1%) are essentially from operations in North America via Direct Energy.
Geographically, net sales are distributed as follows: the United Kingdom (71%), North America (24%) and other (5%).
