CETIP Rio de Janeiro, August 22nd, 2016 - Cetip S.A. - Mercados Organizados ("Cetip" or "Company") (BM&FBOVESPA: CTIP3) informs its shareholders and the market in general that, as a result of the sale of treasury shares in connection with the exercise of call options granted in the Company's Stock Option Plan, the dividend per share distributed to shareholders pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors' Meeting ("BDM") held on August 3rd, 2016, has been adjusted from R$ 0.3499501042 to R$ 0.3499324784. The dividends shall be paid on October 10th, 2016, based on the shareholding position at the close of BM&FBOVESPA's August 22nd, 2016 trading session. As of August 23rd, 2016 shares will be trading ex-dividends.
