CETIP Rio de Janeiro, May 2nd, 2016 - Cetip S.A. - Mercados Organizados ("Cetip" or "Company") (BM&FBOVESPA: CTIP3) informs its shareholders and the market in general that, as a result of the sale of treasury shares in connection with the exercise of call options granted in the Company's Stock Option Plan, the amount per share of dividends distributed to shareholders, pursuant to the decision approved in the Ordinary Board of Directors' Meeting held on April 19th, 2016, has been adjusted from R$0.3194 to R$0.3192914426. The dividends shall be paid on May 9th, 2016, based on the shareholding position at the close of BM&FBOVESPA's May 2nd, 2016 trading session. The Company's shares will trade ex-dividends as of May 3rd, 2016.
