CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a five-for-one split of the company’s common stock to be effected in the form of a stock dividend. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2015 will receive four additional shares of common stock for each share of common stock they own. Shares issued pursuant to the stock split will be distributed on June 17, 2015. The company expects that its common stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on June 18, 2015.

This will be the company’s first stock split since its initial public offering in 2005.
