Results of Annual General Meeting of CFX Co Limited and a meeting of the members of CFS Retail Property Trust 1, together CFS Retail Property Trust Group (CFX)

CFX Co Limited and Commonwealth Managed Investments Limited, as Responsible Entity of CFS Retail Property Trust 1, advise that all resolutions were passed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today.
All resolutions were decided by way of a poll.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act
2001, the poll results, together with a summary of the proxy votes exercisable by all proxies validly appointed and a summary of the direct votes cast, are attached.
