The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of CGG Veritas will be held on May
10, 2012 at the Auditorium of Centre Etoile Saint-Honoré, 21-25 rue
Balzac, 75008 Paris at 9:30 am.
Notices for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting are published in the
Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires. The preliminary notice of
meeting was published on March 30, 2012 (Bulletin n°39) and the notice
of meeting will be published on April 23, 2012.
Holders of bearer shares can also obtain the documents related to the
meeting from their financial intermediary.
Holders of registered shares will be directly invited to attend the
meeting by BNP Paribas Securities Services.
All the documents and information relating to the meeting are available

and will be made available to the shareholders under the conditions
