SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwired - Jul 31, 2014) - CGI (TSX:GIB.A) (NYSE:GIB) has been selected by Cameco, one of the world's largest uranium producers, to provide application management services for the company's SAP environment, including day-to-day software support as well as services for software enhancements and preventative maintenance.

The services will be delivered locally through CGI's SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) in Saskatchewan, which was opened in 2012 to establish a strong base of expertise for Saskatchewan companies. In addition, CGI opened its second Saskatchewan office in Saskatoon last February to support local companies like Cameco. Both the CoE and Saskatoon offices will add many high-tech jobs, driving economic growth and career opportunities for highly skilled IT professionals.
