The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs has awarded Stanley Associates, Inc. (Stanley), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI Federal Inc. (CGI) (NYSE: GIB; TSX: GIB.A), a contract to provide visa processing services for a number of European countries, including Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and Finland.

With a maximum value of US$32.8M if all option years are exercised and volumes are achieved, the contract is a firm-fixed-price task order with a one-year base and four one-year option periods, awarded under its 10-year multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity Global Support Strategy (GSS) for visa support services contract. This is the tenth task order won by Stanley under the GSS contract.

Under this task order award, the company will launch visa processing support at U.S. embassies and consulates in the 12 European countries. The company will provide services to assist with the processing of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, including providing information to applicants about the application process, fee collection, appointment services, and document delivery.

With this award, the company supports visa processing operations in 57 countries across Asia, Asia Pacific, Central America, Eastern Europe, Central Europe and Scandinavia, Russia and its Southern Neighbours, and West Africa.
