With effect from the date of this announcement, the Company has adopted a new logo which will be printed on the relevant corporate documents of the Company, including but not limited to the Company's promotional materials, interim and annual reports, announcements, circulars and corporate stationary. The Company's new logo is set out below:
Reference is made to the announcement of Fortunet e-Commerce Group Limited (formerly known as Changfeng Axle (China) Company Limited) (the "Company") dated 13 April 2015, the circular of the Company dated 17 April 2015 (the "Circular") and the announcement of the Company dated 21 May
2015 in relation to the poll results of the Annual General Meeting. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless defined otherwise herein.
The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from "Changfeng Axle (China) Company Limited" to "Fortunet e-Commerce Group Limited" and the Company has adopted " .ilm�r.l�IIJili&ii'i " as the dual foreign name in Chinese of the Company in place of " ��1o('PIllili&ii'i ".
The Certificate of Incorporation on the Change of Name of the Company was issued by the Registry of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 28 May 2015 and the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Company Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Companies Registry in Hong Kong on 12 June 2015.
The stock short name of the Shares of the Company for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "CHANGFENG AXLE" to "FORTUNET E-COMM" in English and from " ��1o " to " .ilm
�r.l " in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 19 June 2015. The stock code of the Company remains
unchanged as "1039".

The Change of Company Name will not affect any rights of the Shareholders.
All existing share certificates in issue bearing the present name of the Company shall continue to be evidence of title to such shares and the existing share certificates shall continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. Accordingly, there will not be any arrangement for free exchange of the existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new English and Chinese names of the Company. New share certificates will be issued under the new English and Chinese names with effect from 28 May 2015.
