CHARGEURS STRENGTHENS ITS TRANSITION PROMOTIONS AND APPOINTMENTS

Promotion of Olivier Buquen as Group Chief Financial Officer

Oliver Buquen, who until now has served as Group Executive Vice-President for International Business Development and Acquisitions, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer of the Chargeurs Group. He thus succeeds Rémy Husson, who is leaving the Group.

Having joined Chargeurs in 2016, Olivier Buquen already has an in-depth knowledge of the Group, its teams and its global operations. Since his arrival, he has worked alongside the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Michaël Fribourg, in developing Chargeurs' niche businesses.

Oliver Buquen will be responsible for modernizing the Group's financial function to serve all of its stakeholders. He will be assisted by Cédric Ratouis, Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer, who maintains his current position.

Appointment of Sampiero Lanfranchi as Group Executive Vice-President for International Business Development and Acquisitions

Sampiero Lanfranchi, who until now has been an attorney-at-law registered with the New York and Paris Bar Associations specialized in mergers and acquisitions and a member of the De Pardieu Brocas Maffei law firm, is succeeding Olivier Buquen.

He will be in charge of coordinating the implementation of acquisition projects and overseeing the integration of acquired companies and new global operations, in collaboration with all of the Group's teams.

Biographies

Olivier Buquen, Chief Financial Officer Member of the Executive Committee

Aged 52, Olivier Buquen is a graduate of ESSEC, Sciences Po Paris and Harvard Business School.

Olivier Buquen began his career in 1988 with the Bolloré Group as Communications Manager. In 1990, he joined the Finance Department of Paribas Group before moving to the Corporate Secretary's Office from 1996. In 1999, he was named Operations Director for BNP Paribas Lease Group Italia in Milan.

After joining French industrial group Plastic Omnium as a member of the Group Executive Committee from 2002 to 2009, he successively served as Vice President, Business Development, in the Environment Division, Chief Executive Officer of Signature (Europe's leading road signage company with €230 million in revenues and 1,500 employees) and Group Executive Vice President for Business Development.

In 2009, he joined the French administration, serving first as Head of the Business Intelligence Office (2009-2013) and then as State Controller in the Ministry of Finance and the Economy (2013-2016).

He joined Chargeurs in May 2016 as Executive Vice-President for International Business Development.

Sampiero Lanfranchi, Group Executive Vice-President, International Business Development and Acquisitions

Member of the Executive Committee

Aged 34, Sampiero Lanfranchi is a lawyer by training and a member of the New York Bar and former member of the Paris Bar. He holds a DEA degree in International Law from the Université de Paris II and is a graduate of HEC, ESCP/EAP and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Sampiero Lanfranchi began his career with an American law firm before moving on to a private equity firm in London. In 2010, he joined the Corporate and M&A department of the Paris law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei AARPI, where he took part in numerous transactions, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

He joined Chargeurs in 2017 and will be responsible for developing the Group's international operations to accompany its strategic growth.
