Notice of Approval of the Financial Statements and Appropriation of ResultsThe audited financial statements of the Company and the Group for the year ended December 31, 2015 were approved without amendment at the Annual General Meeting on May 04, 2016. These financial statements and the accompanying Statutory Auditors' report are contained in the Annual Report published and submitted to the French securities regulator (AMF) on April 13, 2016, which is available on the corporate website www.chargeurs.fr. Shareholders at the May 04, 2016 AGM also approved the appropriation of 2015 results as presented in the Annual Report.
