A new information tool for shareholders

CHARGEURS announces the publication of its 2016 registration document which was filed with the French securities regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, under number R. 18-002 on January 9, 2018.

The Company, which until now issued an annual report, wished to enrich its primary source of information for shareholders and will be publishing a yearly registration document.

The 2016 registration document includes Chargeurs' 2016 annual financial report and 2017 interim financial report (as well as the corresponding statutory auditors' reports), corporate governance framework, risk management and internal control, and corporate social responsibility.

The registration document is available to the public free of charge in accordance with French law, and can be viewed or downloaded from the Company's websitewww.chargeurs.fr.

The 2017 registration document will be published in line with the calendar established for the 2018 Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, April 16, 2018.
